We regularly host churches on-site for coaching on a variety of topics including (but not limited to):

No matter your pivotal point  – preparing for new challenges or stuck in a rut – Summit staff welcome the chance to help unleash your ministry potential by simplifying, clarifying, and sharing structures, processes, and lessons learned.

How to get started:

On-Site Coaching Request


Coaching is offered for half or full day sessions, typically on Fridays, at The Summit Church in Raleigh-Durham, N.C.

An honorarium is requested. Once needs are determined for your church’s unique situation, a quote will be provided as well as a suggested itinerary.

Participants will receive one-on-one coaching, resources via Dropbox, lunch, and snacks.
