Every year during the Christmas season, the Summit comes together to bless our world. We can do more as a whole than we ever could separately.

We are currently collecting the Christmas Missions Offering throughout the months on December and January. Continue to pray about how you can be involved! There are several ways to participate:

In one of our worship services - You can give personal checks and/or cash gifts towards Christmas Missions during our general offering time. Make checks out to “The Summit Church” and be sure to specify "Christmas Missions" in the memo line.  Place cash gifts in the envelope marked “Christmas Missions.”

Online - You can give towards our Christmas Missions Offering online. Be sure to specify that your gift is for “Christmas Missions."

Mail - You can mail your gift to our church office: The Summit Church, Attn: Contributions, 2335-114 Presidential Dr., Durham, NC 27703. Be sure to make your checks out to “The Summit Church” and specify "Christmas Missions" in the memo line.

Goal for 2011 - $625,000

Church Planting - $468,750

Seventy five percent of this year's offering will go towards planting new churches, bringing the light of the Gospel to new places here and around the world. While continuing to support our new church plants in North America, we'll launch new church plants in Greensboro, NC and other areas of great need. We'll continue to raise up and equip church planters willing to plant their lives in new communities to advance Christ's church. In addition, we'll continue supporting our existing church planters around the world and sending out new men and women committed to seeing Christ proclaimed around the world.

Local Outreach - $156,250

The remaining twenty five percent of this year's offering will be used here locally – to subsidize both the Week of ServeRDU and our ongoing ministries within our community – meeting needs and pointing others to Christ.
