Facility Purchase Details: Brier Creek Campus
As announced during the Annual Church Conference in December, we are currently in a due diligence period in preparation for purchasing the building we use at Brier Creek along with an additional building and 15+ acres of adjacent land. Here’s a quick look at the specs:
Building A: 2335 Presidential Dr. Our current leased facility. 45,780 square feet.
Building B: 2415 Presidential Dr. Adjacent to our current facility. 58,860 square feet.
Area C/Land: 11+ acres behind the new building and 4+ acres beside our current worship center.
